About Me

Hey y'all! My name is Emily, I am 24 years old, and I am from North Carolina. I am a third-year medical student (meaning I am more than halfway to getting my MD!) who is currently most interested in specializing in Anesthesiology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or OB/GYN. The biggest deciding factor for me on what I specialize in will be wherever I feel like I can make the most fulfilling and impactful relationships with my patients.

Now that I'm a little less "in recovery" and a lot less sick than I was pre-surg, I enjoy running, HIIT dance classes, crafting, watching UFC, going to the beach, listening to music (R&B and rap are my favorites), and trying every kind of sour candy I can find. I can talk for forever about absolutely nothing, and my two favorite people in the world are my dad and my little sister.
